This Casita (cottage) is nestled into the side of the Tramantana mountains, with the most amazing views over the town of Soller, which is a UNESCO heritage site and a short walking distance to Port Soller with its award winning beaches, stunning scenery, beautiful water front cafes and retaurants, the cottage is ideally situated to explore the Tramontana mountains by car, bike or walking and is surrounded by nature trails.

It comes complete with a large private pool that sits among the orange and lemon trees in the lower sun terrace and mature landscaped gardens with an out door kitchen and dining area which is remarkably well presented , on the upper terrace is a Petang (bowls) pitch and private off street parking, plus a roof terrace with hard wood loungers and table.

There is a large wood burner inside the property and electric radiator heating which makes this the ideal winter family retreat, with average winter temperatures still into double figures, the months of February, March, April and then October and November being the most popular months for cycling and walking, the house is ideal for a family getaway with something for everyone, the garden is full of Oranges and orange blossom in Springtime, the smell of blossom fills the valley.

The inside of the property comprises of an open plan area which is bright and airy, with high ceilings and abundant storage, the seperate indoor kitchen is well equiped for an extended family vacation and has a log burner and heating making it suitable for year round rentals, the seperate shower and bathroom facilities are very clean and well cared for.
